Oludare Kuforiji (FCA) is the Chairman of Kings Veritas Limited, an ultra-modern Poultry Farm and moderates all Exco Meetings. He also doubles as the Chief Financial Officer of the company.

Career wise, Oludare Kuforiji was the pioneer Financial Controller of Zenith Capital Limited (Investment Banking subsidiary of Zenith Bank Group) up on till September 2010 when he voluntarily retired to fully run the affairs of Kings Veritas Limited.

He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and holds a Higher National Diploma in Accounting and Finance from Moshood Abiola Polytechnic.

He hold a master’s degree in Agribusiness Management from Rome Business School.

Before joining the Zenith Bank Group in 2002, he worked with J. O. Lawal & Co (Chartered Accounts) where he rose rapidly from an Audit Assistant to the position of an Audit Senior. In all, Oludare Kuforiji has over 25 years of invaluable experience in Agri-Business Management, corporate finance, auditing, financial control and banking operations.

Dare-Kuforiji Oluwakemi (Mrs.) is the Managing Director Chief Executive of Kings Veritas Limited. She is the head of Sales and Marketing of Kings Veritas Limited. Oluwakemi Dare-Kuforiji holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from the Olabisi Onabanjo University. Until her appointment as MD of Kings Veritas, she had worked for 14 years as an administrator at the Olabisi Onabanjo University before retiring in June 2008 in preparation to assume full responsibility as MD of Kings Veritas Limited.

Dr. Adekunle Adediji (DVM) is the Vetenary Consultant for Kings Veritas Limited. He is the senior managing partner of Avipet Vetenary Consultants and Laboratory services, Sagamu. He had worked for
several years with Animal Care Consultancy/Laboratory Services before assuming the management of Avipet Vetenary Consultants and Laboratory services in 2012.

He holds a doctorate degree from Ahmadu Bello University Zaria and had been in active practice for more than 15 years.

He is saddled with the task of caring for the vetenary and health need of Kings Veritas Limited life stock.
